Specially Paired

(Outfit: thrifted, Shoes: DSW)

I'm seriously loving this little dress. It's the perfect layering piece! By itself, it's nothing too special, but it pairs great with so many things. This was another item I found during my recent trip to the land of Savers.
Of course I added on my most favorite hat to this ensemble. There's something I love so much about forest green and maroon together, not to mention that they're both my favorite colors! This sweater is the perfect weight for this time of year - just enough to keep me warm.

If you haven't checked out Chictopia, you totally should. Here's a link

Hope the week has been treating everyone well!

Adjusting Seasons

(Cardigan: Marshalls, Tank: Brandy Melville, Skirt: thrifted, Shoes: Free People)

I'm in love with this skirt! It's pretty big on me, and so I had to belt it to keep it up but it's worth it because I love the color. It's got cute little buttons going down the front, and I think the length is just right.
This cardigan is also a new favorite. I found it Marshalls recently and was so excited! I've been really into longer sweaters or cardigans to throw on while the seasons adjust.

Thrifted Printed

(Shirt: Thrifted, Shorts: Free People, Hat: UO, Sandals: Free People)

Alright, so I'm super psyched to have found the motherland of all Savers stores. If anyone lives in the CT area, visit the one in Manchester. It's massive, and I found a whole slew of goodies there this morning! As soon as I got home, I had to put on this top. I'm loving the funky pattern and colors in it! It's so not something I would have expected myself to like, but I totally dig it.
Thankfully it was warm enough to break out my favorite FP shorts today, too! They work really well with the top since it's so big. I love the crochet trim on these shorts too, it's so adorable!

When I took these photos my dog Oliver was having a blast too, so he's in the photo below!

Botanical

(Dress: Free People, Shirt: UO, Shorts: UO, Jacket: Marshall's find, Belt: thrifted)

When I woke up this morning to a rainy and cold day, I never expected the afternoon to be so beautiful! So, I switched from my jeans to some shorts and headed outside. I feel so springy in these, since not only am I wearing flowers, but I'm in my favorite place for photos which is right outside my house in our rock garden.
I paired my floral tee over a lacy tunic I got a while back at Free People. It's hard to tell from the photos (sorry about the exposure issues), but this shirt has these cute little flower all over it. It's been a long time favorite. Of course I added in my most favorite thrifted belt to break up the white a little bit.

Hope everyone else is enjoying the warmth like I am!
